A couple of years ago, we embarked on a total "gut renovation" of our dated apartment. When it came to the kitchen—the heart of the home—we had already visited the major luxury brands and fancy outlets across NYC, but we still hadn't found exactly what we were looking for.
By sheer luck, we stumbled upon Flamtech while walking through Chinatown. It was the best discovery of our entire renovation process.
We cannot say enough about Jane, Rick, and Andy. Their combination of professional expertise and personal attention was unmatched. They guided us through every single step of the decision-making process, offering patience and insight that we didn't find anywhere else.
With their guidance, we ultimately opted for the Gaggenau brand for the entire kitchen. The quality is world-class, and the integration into our new home is seamless.

The team at Flamtech is incredible! They get you great deals. They make sure you get the products you want. They know all the products and are familiar with even the smallest of details. A friend of mine referred Flamtech to me as I was looking for a reliable high-end kitchen appliance shop which carried international kitchen brands such as Miele, Sub-zero, Wolf etc. for my renovated kitchen. Flamtech’s showroom carries quite many appliances on the floor allowing customers how exactly the products look like. The staff there are very patient and professional. I asked many questions but they go above and beyond to help. Also, I didn’t feel being rushed to make decision to buy as something being rushed could make wrong choices. Highly recommended to go to their showroom to see and get the feel of the actual products. I enjoy cooking with my new appliances from Flamtech.

I can't say good enough things about Flamtech. I've bought two appliances from them: a rangehood and a fridge. In both instances Ricky had them for show and was able to tell me the features. Flamtech helps you get an installer and is great at communicating the timeline. Communication can also be through text after the purchase so it's easy to go back and forth.

Very positive experience with the extremely knowledgeable & helpful folks at Flamtech. We recently needed to replace our gas cooktop due to a cracked burner: they patiently answered all of our questions, and guided us to the ideal solution that'd suit our needs. Unit was delivered & installed within the same week. Strong recommend - intend to buy from them again.

Recently we needed to replace our microwave/convection oven and a dishwasher. Ricky, at Flamtech was very helpful with information and suggestions. I’ve always bought appliances from PC Richard, until today. After a difficult and disappointing PCR experience, I canceled what I ordered and found Flamtech! Ricky answered all my questions, understood what I needed and what had been so difficult was now easy. I don’t mind spending a bit more for better service but I didn’t have to. Pricing is very competitive and, in the end, I paid less than I would’ve would PCR, AND, they took the old fridge away!. The delivery people were fast, very careful and, clearly, experienced. That old broken down fridge they took away is just a bad memory. I highly recommend FLAMTECH. You will not be disappointed.

Really really really great customer service! When there was an issue with my refrigerator, they are quick to respond and help me. Then when I had trouble claiming a rebate from the manufacturer, they went to fight with the manufacturer and chased it down for me even tho it was months after I bought (!!). I’ve been to other places in the past that I couldn’t get a call back from. Thank you Flamtech!

Their selection is exceptional, even a brand that 3 other stores I checked around my neighborhood didn’t have. They had the exact refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher I was looking for too. Plus, their prices are competitive, offering great value for the quality you receive. If you want to upgrade your home with appliances that exceed expectations, this is the store to visit!

Out of all of the appliance stores in NY, Flamtech is the one to go to! I have a small apartment with a narrow hallway and the staff recommended a refrigerator that can fit. Unlike other appliance stores, they can help find an appliance that can best suit your needs and gives you the best deals. And they were right, on the day of delivery, the refrigerator fits perfectly through the doorway and I am happy with how the refrigerator came out. Would definitely recommend Flamtech Appliance if you’re looking for any home appliances.

A friend recommended me to Flamtech and I have to say, I had an amazing experience. Their staff is friendly and informative about the appliances that I was going to purchase and helped me explore other options as well.
As for the delivery team, they contacted me in advance to confirm the delivery date and the timing of when they’re going to arrive. The delivery went well as there were no damages to the product when moving into my home and their installation went smoothly as well. I am very satisfied with both the products and service Flamtech provided.

My wife and I came in wanting to buy a washer and dryer and the staff there were quick to help me. Ricky answered all of my questions regarding each of the products and their responses were knowledgeable and professional. He also offered a better deals in terms of pricing which made it affordable for our budget. Overall great service and pricing and we plan to come back for any future replacements.

“I wanted to thank you for all your help with the new Bluestar Refrigerator. It fits perfectly and looks gorgeous (see before and after photos)! We thought we would have to settle for a mediocre fridge because of the size limitation from the existing space. We really appreciate you finding this more upscale model that actually fit and was available so quickly. Our old fridge was on its last legs. The Bluestar really modernizes the look of the kitchen with its sleek design and black matte finish. We love the interior design as well. The interior water dispenser was a nice surprise!

Jane, the Bosch DW and Miele W/D units you helped us purchase were excellent recommendations as well. The Bosch is so quiet that you are not sure it’s even on. The Miele is beautiful, but has been a challenge because the controls on the washer are much more complicated than our old Miele. The instruction guide is of limited help and we could not find a YouTube demonstration to show us how to understand and use all the features. We’re considering having a NASA tech come in to teach us! Do you have any suggestions on how we can get an orientation on the Miele?

We are so pleased with the high-quality attention and service we’ve received from Flamtech and have recommended you to many people. Your installation company did a great job with the fridge and they agreed to help us remove and replace all of our appliances when we have the kitchen floor retiled.
